Payment Terms

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

We accept both Visa and Mastercard for online payment.  No other cards are anticipated at this time. If you do not have a credit card or do not wish to submit credit card information online you may pay with a personal cheque (please see below).  Please do not send cash through the mail.  We cannot accept it.  We do not accept money orders.

Personal Cheques

Mail your cheque out as soon as possible after you register online.  We cannot process your registration until we receive your cheque and your cheque clears.  Please allow 5-10 days for processing if paying by personal cheque.  Your on-line account balance will be reduced based on the payment received.

Refund Policy

All membership and ski program registrations are non-refundable.  Errors in registration will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Requests must be submitted within seven days of registration.  Refunds are subject to a 5% administration fee.  Please e-mail treasurer@foothillsnordic.ca and we'll follow-up with you.  Please quote your confirmation/membership number in your e-mail.

Security

We take the issue of security seriously.  That's why we use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to prevent the information you send us from being intercepted.  We do not store your credit card information.  The credit card information in your registration request is digitally signed and encrypted for handling by the credit card processor.  It is then sent to our bank and the bank returns an approval or denial code on the transaction.

Notification

Registrants are sent a confirmation e-mail on their transaction.  Once received, you are encouraged to keep current with club activities and notices by reviewing this website.  Those registrants also signing up for ski programs will be contacted by a program or volunteer coach with session information.  A club newsletter is also mailed out periodically.
