    Role:

    • Support the Head Cross Country Coach to deliver high quality dryland training sessions for athletes in the T2, LC and Peak programs

    • Support program logistics for summer training camps

    • Support equipment needs for daily training sessions

    • Collaborate with cross country and biathlon coaching teams to create and foster a positive, safe and development-focused training environment.
