If you are an intermediate to advanced skier interested in a one-day per week program with a focus on fitness and improving ski technique in both the classic and skate techniques, choose Ski Fitness

If you are an intermediate to advanced skier interested in training multiple days per week, and  want to improve fitness, ski technique (classic and skate), and overall health within a fun, supportive, and community-focused environment, choose Masters.

The Masters program will also support advanced skiers looking to train for races, including building to Masters World Cup 2029, using TrainingPeaks plans and more self-directed high performance training.

For adults interested in learning biathlon skills, Intro to Biathlon offers a fun, safe, and engaging introduction to biathlon for adults of all ski skill levels. This program is offered as a 3 session block, with 3 different start dates to choose from. Details can be found here: Intro to Biathlon.
